Arthroscopic Treatment of Patellar Tendonitis.

Patellar Tendonitis often affects athletes causing tendon pain in the front of the knee. The condition has historically proven difficult to manage successfully.
David Johnson developed a new key hole or arthroscopic technique for the treatment of this condition in 1990. He has reported the success of this technique arround the world which has resulted in the technique been adopted worldwide. The results of his long term experience and success with the technique has now been accumulated and analysed. The conclusions have been submitted to the journal for publication.
